2. Payment Method

The Client agrees to pay the Hephy Studio Ltd the agreed sum (“Consideration”) for the service in accordance with clause 2.1 and clause 2.2 of these Terms. Payments are accepted via means of Bank Transfer, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay.

2.1. The Client agrees to provide a deposit of £150.00 (“Deposit”) to Hephy Studio Ltd, serving as an advance for forthcoming services to be provided. The Deposit is payable on the date of the contract between the Company and the Client.

2.2. The outstanding balance is to be paid by the client at least 6 weeks before the agreed service date or in full on the date of the contract.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Hephy Studio Ltd retains full intellectual property rights in or arising out of or in connection with the service provided to the Client. We reserve the right to use and promote any illustrations and materials provided as part of the service, for their own purposes including but limited to displaying these on our Site or any of our social media platforms.

4. Linked Sites

The Site may contain links to other Internet sites, applications and resources. Links found on the Site may let Users leave the Site and go to sites operations by parties other than the Company. The Company is not responsible or liable in any way for any the actions, content, advertising or services from such linked sites, applications and resources.
